Career Therapy for Executives, Leaders, and High-Performing Professionals in Connecticut
Do you have trouble pulling yourself away from the computer, or making it out of the office at the time you planned? Maybe it feels like there’s always more to do. You’ll push harder, work faster, or achieve the next goal, and then you’ll make time to take a break, right? Has that day come yet? Many professionals say it never does. It’s normal to want to build a secure future for yourself or your family, or to make a mark for yourself in your field. There is a way to do that without sacrificing your health, personal life, and general wellbeing. I help busy and stressed professionals create a sustainable relationship with their job and long-term work satisfaction.
Imagine if you could spend more time focusing on your loved ones. What if you could sign up for that yoga class, or take the trip you secretly dream about? You don’t have to give up your goals to do it. You can be successful, while leaving work at work. I can help you learn how to do both. Contact me below to get started.
