I am Christine, a Trauma-Informed Career Coach & Therapist in Connecticut.

I work with adults who have difficulty relaxing and creating balance in their lives. My goal is to help you stop getting burnt out and start facilitating positive change.

I help busy professionals because I have always struggled with stress too. I grew up believing that a neverending string of accomplishments was the only way I could prove my worth and earn the respect I craved. I habitually worked myself so hard I would get sick, and I carried these habits well into adulthood.

Having children is what finally forced me to find a better way, and that process is what led me to become the therapist I am today.

My Approach

As a trauma-informed career coach & therapist, I’ve been able to help even the most driven and work-focused professionals find a way to enjoy life again. I use multiple coaching strategies, along with therapies such as DBT and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Through understanding your current patterns, you can make positive changes that last.

My Professional Background

I am a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I hold an associate counseling license for the state of Connecticut, and I am a Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist. I am also a Certified Trauma Therapist and a Career Service Provider (Career Coach) for the National Career Development Association.
